They just opened back up! The staff is great and positive, I had the smoked chicken & Brisket sandwich and it was amazing as always!! Highly recommend and hope more people give them positive reviews.
I was picking up my online order and the lady at the register was incredibly kind and helpful! I had my toddler with me and I was carrying him the whole time and she asked if I wanted help with anything. She found to-go drink carriers for me when they originally thought they didn't have any. When I left and was getting into my car, I ended up spilling my bag of food while trying tk get my toddler in his seat. People were nice.
Food is great but ordering online is pointless if you end up, multiple times, waiting 10+ minutes which defeats the purpose of cutting the line. Edit 2023: Food is still great, although lost 1 star due to replacing waffle fries and removing bbq tacos. They also seem to never add cheese to my westerner sandwich, even with it checked. Edit 2025: Due to a fire, they've been closed for over a year (oct '24). Keep seeing messages on reopening soon but still hasn't happened.
