2 stars because the food took way longer then it should have. Pulled pork was cold. Having the bar tender be the waitress isn't a good idea. Also right after I wrote this a few hours later the food made me sick.
Surely they have to be better than my experience. Arrived at the location, placed an order to go. Waited almost 20 minutes, most of it on just getting one of the sides dishes packaged. When I got home and opened the box I discovered I had a box of BURNT ribs. They were black, dry and tasted burnt. I hope others have a better experience, but I recommend opening your boxes before leaving the restaurant.
Came in for 1 lb of smoked Jalapeño cheddar sausage to take home for dinner. I've purchased this from Dickeys many times before. What I got when I opened the container at home was sausage that was cut into small pieces and deep fried. It was sitting in a pool of grease in the box. Totally disgusting!! I should have known when the man preparing it took the sausage from the cooler and said it would be 15 minutes for my order then ducked into the back with it. Dickeys will never get my business again!
