This Dickey’s BBQ location is nothing short of fraudulent. They accept online orders, charge your card, then close their doors without warning. No call, no email, no refund, just silence. Edit: Corrected typos and wanted to say thank you for processing the refund and appreciate the company reaching out. 🫶 Ordered online via their website 9/2, order supposed to be ready 2:30 PM. I go in, location isn't open. This one is located inside of a grocery store. The single employee there said they were closed because they had to have a day off, and I get it; however, the website needs to be corrected so orders cannot be placed when the business is closed and if there is not enough staff hired to operate the store.
