The brisket is the best! I've tried Burger Que, Famous Dave's, etc. but this is definitely the best and most tender brisket I've found in Lee County. Manager was very nice. Free ice cream cone was a bonus! Mac and cheese was yummy and baked tater casserole was a delicious choice. I don't think you can leave here disappointed. I love watching them build my sandwich. Great sweet tea, too.
Best bbq in town
I stopped in last week for lunch based on a recommendation from a friend. Not only was the food fantastic, the service was exceptional. The place also has a great atmosphere. The free ice cream was a bonus that I didn't even expect! 5 stars all the way.
I decided to check this place out bc they came by my office and dropped off some coupons for a Free Big Pulled Pork Sandwich. The Pork wasn't pulled at all and the bread/ wrapper were terribly greasy. (Prob due to the same gloved individual building the sandwich and then wrapping it) I ordered a drink, as necessary for the coupon, and went with two sides as well to give the place a once over. Their tender perfectly smoked beef brisket on a sandwich hoagie with fresh onions, pickles, & coleslaw, and their homemade tangy barbecue sauce has me in euphoria right now.. You get a free ice cream cone too!
