It's really not that great, and it's not that bad. I've had the ribs before and they were ok. Wouldn't have minded if they were a little cheaper.

The only reason I still drive to Hollister. Please fix the soft serve machine though...
I went to this location in Hollister (have been to the one in dallas and was great) and ordered 1/2 rack pork ribs and they were so dry i had to get bbq sauce out of my kitchen just to eat them. I went on their corprate website to complain and got email back from manager asking to give them another try as they should not be dry. On 12/23/16 i gave them one more try and again they were dry like they sat in hot box for days and fed them to my dog they were that bad.
