This is the most run down Dickeys I have ever been to. I went to the Alliance location the other day and it was absolutely fantastic. However this location was a different story. Barely any meat on my pulled pork sandwich, customer service was non-existent, food was poor quality. The ice cream machine is broken and there are no pickles or jalapenos available at the cold bar. The whole place stinks of smoke. Very bad experience!!

Was looking for a place I could grab a quick lunch and it not cost me an arm and a leg. Roanoke location had manager specials at $9.99, not only was it filling the price was perfect. Friendly staff and great atmosphere
