Won't answer the phone. And the cancel my order after 45min....one of the worse service . No one wants to answer my question online or thru phone.
The Azusa location is closed permanently but Dickeys website is still allowing online orders and charging customers when arriving to pick up and finding out the location has been closed permanently. Horrible experience. Not notified at any point. Now have to reach out to corporate for a refund. Meanwhile have a gathering and have to scramble to find another solution for catering my event at the last minute. Totally inconsiderate. Very Unprofessional.
Whoever runs this franchise must reconsider! We were told that there was no fries, no ice cream, no fountain drinks only unsweetened tea, lemonade and canned Diet Coke. Also the restroom was closed to customers all while being short staffed. This is a very poor experience for my family. Next time we will choose somewhere else.
Placed an order for pick up. Was charged and went to pick up only to find the place closed.
