TERRIBLE!!! No sauce at all on this DRY sandwich!!! The fries were raw! And it had the nerve to cost $25!!!!!
Outstanding! We ate here for the first time when we came to the Fair Oaks Mall. I got the 2 meat platter (pulled pork and beef brisket) with 2 sides (baked beans and potato salad). The meat was outstanding -- pulled pork especially tender and flavorful, brisket fell apart in my mouth. I was pleasantly surprised coming here. Worst BBQ experience I have ever had, hands down. Food was dry, chewy and cheap quality. Portions are much smaller that other competitive places also. They need to re-evaluate what they are doing altogether. Wish them well, but this place needs dire attention
If I could give zero stars I would. Came from Arlington to pick this up for my family. $80 worth of food and got very small portions and some of it was wrong. Told the employee it was wrong she said it’s what they have, and it isn’t her fault. I told her numerous times to get off her phone and pay attention to the customer and she kept making faces when I said that. She wasn’t understanding me.
