I had a wonderful experience at Dickeys! The food was delicious! The general manager Terrell! Went above and beyond my expectations! Such a wonderful employee. His customer service skills were superb. So energetic and kind. I will always come back to this establishment, willing as employees like Terrell work here. I live Dickeys!

Very awesome service at this location. Both people working today were very nice and talkative. Got a 2 meat plate with potato salad and fries. Everything was hot fresh and tasty and it was inside a truck stop where i had easy access to it with my semi. Very well done and keep up the great job
I ordered online My whole order was wrong. The only thing that was right was the Red Bull I ordered a pound of brisket. I only got a few slices of brisket wasn’t even slices it was pieces or should I say brisket bites also ordered mac & cheese fries, side of ranch extra bread didn’t even get that and I didn’t even get utensils. I am highly disappointed. I would like a full refund not a half refund. I also got beans and Mashed potatoes I did didn’t order that. I will be calling today. I am highly disappointed.
