What an absolute train wreck! Yesterday (6/13), I ordered the 3-meat pack with extra sides three and a half hours before pickup. When I arrived, NONE of my order had been made! The employees put the blame on ME! They said they needed 24-hours to prepare (something that was NOT explained in the app). We're talking about 3lbs of meat- NOT 30! Slow disoriented, they accept order that tells you after half hour they out of pulled pork or other meat. What kind of BBQ joint you are if you are out of meat! While waiting 35 minutes, with 5 other people, yes you got that right exactly 5 ppl 35 min, 3 of the orders where WRONG ! Brisket was dry and had no taste, pork i dont know because they dodnt have it after i pay for it Yes 5 people !!!
Worst I ever went to....dirty....service sucked and after waiting 20 minutes first in line and then be told no pork! Very disappointed!!! Use to be my favorite place now I will never go again.
