Made an online order when I arrived.I was told the meat was frozen No food would be available for a few hours. No problem , I understand things happen. But have some way of contact to resolve these types of issues. I was looking forward to trying their food for the first time. With the circumstances i wont be returning. Also would like the refund someday.... POOR MANAGEMENT
Recently relocated to FL and have been a Dickey’s customer for years in TX and GA. Tried to visit this location twice recently, drove a considerable distance to be greeted by a sign on the door saying they were closed. ( just was told they close if they have a catering delivery). WHAT?? Was in the area tonight so decided to stop by, and they were open. Ordered two lean brisket sandwiches ( no ribs available)and received two not lean sandwiches. Horrible Service they called me to tell me they were out of food so I planned to pick it up the day after, when I called the day after to reschedule they said the food was frozen either way, I planned to go pick up the food two days later aparently the manager didn’t tell anyone about my order, she was very unprofessional on the phone using curse words, the employee said they ran out of food again, I asked for a call back from the manager and I got no call back, I will never go there again
Awesome place to go the food is great and the service is amazing
The service was excellent. The food was not good and we were served kiddie portions for $50. Glad to see that others like it but, it's a one & done for us.
