I'm shocked at how hit and miss the reviews are, every visit I've had has been spectacular! The pulled pork and turkey are both some of the best I've ever had and blow other BBQ chains like Citybbq out of the water. Employees are friendly, the baked potatoes are huge if you try one of their loaded ones, prices aren't too bad, happy all around. Their sides aren't that great, particularly the salad that I've had which was underwhelming, but otherwise it's always great and I can't recommend it enough.
City BBQ has nothing on this place! Staff definitely takes pride in Quality over quantity!!
I got a combo meal from here and they subbed my side for another mac and cheese and didnt refund my pop order since their pop machine was down. And the tall guy glasses with dreads was incredibly rude! Foods great when the order is right.
I’m so bummed about this Dickey’s location. I used to talk Dickey’s food up to everyone I knew because they have/had the best ribs I’d ever had! The red head lady behind the counter was possibly the most rude person I’ve encountered in a restaurant setting. I do not know how she is even employed. She cut me off and seemed antagonistic like she wanted to argue when all I was doing was placing an order for me and my family. 20 percent off advertising was not working through online ordering. Went into the store, showed them it wasn’t working and still refused to honor their advertisement. To make it worse, they’re refused with attitudes. Asked to speak with a manger and the guy calls his mother to store. After he greeted his mom in front of us, we explained and she refused to honor it as well. Puzzling isn’t it?
