Edit: My initial review was pretty harsh and I didn't state much of anything positive. This was a genuine disaster. I like Dickey's. I signed up for their loyalty rewards program. I downloaded the app. I permitted text messages. The food and service has always been great. Until the following. On Saturday 8/16/25 at 11:03 AM I received an amazing text message, "Dickey's: FREE Chicken or Pulled Pork Sandwich w/purchase of a Big Yellow Cup." I thought, wow, that's an amazing offer.
