In town for work & I'm very impressed with my service, experience, & food. I enjoyed it at your local park. I'll visit when I'm in town to try more! Take their opinion on how your meat should be prepared for that menu item. (Slices, shredded, etc) I got shredded Brisket for the Mac Stack. I also got the spicy BBQ, which I personally thought was a 7 on a standard 1 - 10 scale of spiciness. (I have a higher tolerance, though, please keep in mind)
I usually eat here a couple of times a year. Today I got the 3 meat platter pulled pork, Brisket and Chicken with Okra and Mac and cheese for my sides.The service was excellent and the sides were okay also. But the pork and Brisket were AWFUL. The pulled pork could have passed for crab cakes so I fed that to the dogs. The Brisket had no flavor. Dickieys you might want to check your quality control ??? I expected more for almost $25.
The ribs i was served where burnt and cold the machine and cheese that they said was homemade wasn't even close potato salad was ok brisket was cold I've been to alot of bbq joints around the united states and I will say this place needs a definite improvement maybe start with seasoning the food and getting a little more experienced cooks but this is only my opinion
Very upset order a Mac stack with chicken and sweet bbq sauce get home and I have a Mac stack with nothing but fatty brisket and spicy bbq sauce I love there food don't get me wrong just wow tho I even repeated my order
Food portions were small my chicken wings were dry and burnt on one side my wife's battered chicken had weird textures in the battering my friend's country fried steak was the smallest saddest portion I've ever seen in my life rather embarrassing the staff was friendly had no issues with the wait staff portion and quality of the food was very poor
