Couldn’t even put food on a to go plate no utensils not a single napkin, and as you can see look at the ribs it’s like they just sent me the bones worse experience I had with dickeys it might not be much but they just lost a costumer.
Not worth the price. Service at the counter was okay. The amount of food was not worth the 18$ for a simple pulled pork sandwich combo and 2 sides with a small drink. I've had better and more for less. They were out of alot of sides, and condiments. The food was mediocre at best. Will not be returning.
Zero stars due to the fact they were out of most of their items, so we had to just leave.
The online ordering system has a tracker. I kept waiting for the tracker to update before going to pick up my food and decided to finally call the store. They said they can’t operate the online ordering tracker? Why have it? The manager wasn’t very apologetic about the garbage system and said “people just get it when it’s supposed to be ready.” Why would I show up when the system says you haven’t even started making my order though? Tonight we chose to eat dinner at this location. My husband and I witnessed the utmost DISRESPECT from a manager at this location. A man and his kids came to eat, and while ordering their food, the man accidentally smoked a vape, and instead of the manager politely approaching the man asking him to stop the manager, flipped out on this guy right in front of his kids, pointed his finger in his face and yelling while there are other customers in the store.
