Dickey's Barbecue Pit recently catered our DERP meeting, and it was a great reminder that right across the street from my office at the Rancho Mirage Chamber, I can always grab a delicious lunch or take home a family meal for dinner. It's easy to sit in the car, scroll through social media and get a burger at in n out across the street. But come on, go in and take a moment to sit in a throw back BBQ/ western restaurant. It's not as fast but that's the point, it's better.... Sit and enjoy good food with your family. I'm seeing these places drop off the map and I hope we can stop it before we become a Amazon, immediate gratification country. Great food, great atmosphere....that's all we need!

We recently used Dickey’s Barbecue Pit for catering and they were absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor — the meats were tender, the sides were a hit, and everything was well prepared and ready on time. Their team made the process easy from ordering to pickup/delivery, and the portions were generous, which kept everyone happy. If you’re looking for reliable, great-tasting BBQ catering for an event, meeting, or party, I highly recommend Dickey’s. We’ll definitely be using them again!

I recommend you go elsewhere. The food was not horrible, but it certainly wasn't good, or as described. (e.g. Texas toast was really sad dinner rolls). Aside from the bait and switch on quality the order was actually mostly correct.
