1 star because I ordered online and used a code for buy one get one free. The add showed this location participating in the coupon. After I placed the order and paid, I received a call about 5 minutes later. I was told they do not participate in this coupon. When I asked what they could do or when I'd get my money back, the nervous employee handed the phone to the manager and said nothing he could do. Ordered the three meat special and got the chicken, brisket, and ribs, with green beans and macaroni and cheese. The food was excellent. We were craving BBQ and Dickey's did not disappoint!! The green beans reminded me of my grandma's and the macaroni and cheeses was very tasty!! Definitely recommend Dickey' if you have craving for bbq!+
We had a wonderful experience at Dickey’s Barbecue! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean with a great atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Dickey’s Barbecue to anyone looking for great barbecue and excellent service!
Just a quick breakdown: Do not go here. We were given barely any food and we paid 46$ for two dishes. My #4 had one slice of brisket on a stale bun, the “potato casserole” was boxed mashed potato mix that wasn’t fully mixed and had a sour smell. The woman behind the counter was very rude. We got food to go for our roommate and all 3 of us got awful food poisoning. Stay far far away from here.
Meat was dry and not enough sauce on the side, just 1 small container. The guy at the register needed translation from another guy. They were out of a main side dish so we settled for what we really didn't want. The place is awkward and small for a Dickey's. Not too mention how expensive it is for the portion size
