I recently stopped by Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, and I was genuinely impressed. The food was delicious — I ordered the brisket plate with mac & cheese and barbecue beans, and everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The brisket was tender with just the right amount of smoky flavor. The staff was super friendly and made the experience even better. Food quality was less than satisfactory. Meat was cold, flavorless, dry and for the price you pay they could have added a little more. Mac and cheese was pure water and soggy. Not worth the price
Had never been to dickeys, but was referred by a friend. My fiance and i came to this location after the 7th st & Greenway location told us they were too busy to help us (there were multiple people working). We came here and Harry greeted us so warmly to let us know he'd be right with us, took everyone's order, made all the food (because he's by himself) and still insisted on waiting on us because we chose to dine-in. Incredible customer service, Incredible food! Thank you Harry!
