My order was missing items and packaging was separate for every item and the food was under and over cooked
As others have mentioned, this is not a Dickey's location and is only available for online orders. I wasn't aware of all factors until I tried drive there first and order as a walk-in, only to be told the process. The sides (Brisket Chili and Mac & Cheese) were great. No complaints there. Not a real Dickeys restaurant. Seems to be a ghost kitchen in back of a Chinese restaurant. Got order wrong and meat was inedible. Wasted $45 and was only given $4 Uber eats credit. BS.
