I been here a few times and never have i experienced what I experienced today. First I tried ordering online and I couldn’t do that online ordering was shut off then I tried calling phone was off the hook it wouldn’t even ring. Then I decide to walk in and it’s completely dead not one person in there. The 2 employees that were there were 2 ladies who were sitting at the table on their phones didn’t even acknowledge that I was there until she finished doing what she was doing on her phone. I had heard about Dickey’s BBQ by and was excited to try it. The menu was interesting and prices seemed fair. This is where it starts to seriously go off the rails. At approximately 6-7 PM on a weeknight when all the restaurants in the area are busy with a dinner crowd Dickey’s had only 1 person taking orders , working the cash register and doing all the cooking. I placed a To go order. When I got there, the person at the counter was sitting down and eating. I had to remind them I had a drink with my order. Once I got home, I realized that the 3 meat plate with ribs, pork and brisket that I ordered, was ribs, brisket and sausage! The other meal in my order, a sandwich with country fried steak or chicken...with jalepenos and sauce and cheese...was only 2 plain pieces of bread and sausage! Literally nothing else.
