I been here a few times and never have i experienced what I experienced today. First I tried ordering online and I couldn’t do that online ordering was shut off then I tried calling phone was off the hook it wouldn’t even ring. Then I decide to walk in and it’s completely dead not one person in there. The 2 employees that were there were 2 ladies who were sitting at the table on their phones didn’t even acknowledge that I was there until she finished doing what she was doing on her phone. I had heard about Dickey’s BBQ by and was excited to try it. The menu was interesting and prices seemed fair. This is where it starts to seriously go off the rails. At approximately 6-7 PM on a weeknight when all the restaurants in the area are busy with a dinner crowd Dickey’s had only 1 person taking orders , working the cash register and doing all the cooking.
