Poorly run place this Place has No Drink Fountain, NO ICE,Mgr not able to run this poor staffed restaurant
I’ve worked Nextdoor to Dickey’s for a few months, and I finally gave them a try today. The employees have always been incredibly nice when I’ve interacted with them, and now I can confirm that their service is excellent as well (especially the manager)! The brisket and mack and cheese were amazing! I will definitely be coming back often.
The food was cold, they served me finger size ribs or should I say burnt bones, no meat. Ended up going to the store hoping they would rectify the crappy food they sent me in my delivery. Gabriel the one cooking said that’s just how the ribs are coming out and there is nothing he can do about it. The phone number associated to the store is out of service. Went to this location a few times. One time when it wasn't officially open. Okay fine. Once when it was doing a "soft" opening, so they had like only two meat only options. And today, I go in they are fully open. I go to order and I am then told they are out of 80% of their sides(sold out last night) and the soda machine doesn't work. It would be really helpful if you made signs and put them up so you stop wasting people's time going in. Will never be back to this location.
