---I absolutely loathe/hate/despise dried out brisket. Ordered 3 meat plate takeout. Had a bad experience last time but have enjoyed other locations so I tried Clovis again. Big mistake, brisket, pulled pork and sausage all taste like they’re days old. Sides were fine but the meat is sad. Bad experience. Never again,.
I hope you all know they DO NOT CLEAN THE OIL all meats are submerged in who knows how many months old oil
