How is this place even still open? If you want bland cold food, this is the place to come to. And they always have an excuse. Never taking accountability and not following through to make anything right Do not recommend this place Tried it three times and every time is a failure. Look at the reviews, the same story over and over.
Ordered a sliced brisket sandwich, received a chopped brisket sandwich. Tried to call for nearly an hour to reach a manager and phone was off the hook the entire time. The sandwich being the wrong meat cut isn't the reason for the 1 star, that would be 3 stars but since management thinks it's okay to disconnect their phone so people can't call in brings it down to 1 star
Two stars only because of the nice lady that took the payment, and the friendliness of the butcher taking the order. The food was not worth $32 for two people. The price is average for BBQ in my opinion but the quality and portion size of the food we got was not. Their meat was flavorless, despite someone’s previous review. I ordered a chopped brisket sandwich, which was not chopped, it was more cubed. Service was ok but the staff did not seem as though they were fully trained for the job they were doing... We felt very bad for them. None of our food came out correctly and we had to wait quite a while for portions of the meal. At least we have several big yellow cups to take home to remember the experience...
This restaurant is perfectly fine, unless you want any variation of boneless chicken. Boneless wings or breasts are always “out”, despite trying several different days and times. I’m not sure who does the ordering here, but they really need to refine that process or just take those items off of the menu forever. This has been my experience at this location for the past 2 years.
