First I haven’t been to this place in a year or so, I paid $76 for an oxtail plate, side of fried pickles and a loaded potato. The potato was good, my pickles was soggy and my oxtails was 90% fat. The service was horrible. Got attitude as soon as I walked in from an employee with long breads that did not have a hair net on dealing with all the food. Poor customer service 😢... order my food and the employee doesn't give you any information about what they have and don't have no Courtesy In telling you that they don't have certain items on the menu. Then they tell you that I don't have no greens. After you pay for your food, they tell you pick something different from the item. She really has a poor customer service. Never will be back to this one again.😢
This was our first and last time going in this nasty place. The location was empty no customers the workers were somewhere in the back and not in site when we walked in. Im sure if we wasn't loud and saying hello anyone here they probably wouldn't came from the back. The cook guy was nice explaining the menu. The prices were outrageous. The fact that I spent $32 on a three meat plate. The macaroni was (Bland AKA NO Seasoning) None of the meat was seasoned and they only gave me two ribs . I wouldn't worry about it any other time, but I caught the bus up there. This is the third time that I have gone to Dickey's restaurant. No flavor and it's very expensive. Y'all need to work on that
