I ordered the rib plate online shortly after ordering I get a call from one of the employees at dickeys telling me they were currently out of ribs the lady i spoke with was so nice and kept me updated if I needed a refund and the manager was not currently there so she said she would call me back when the situation was handled. A few hours passed by and I get a call.
