Fast food barbecue. It's a little dry but the sauce makes up for it.
Stopped here for dinner after long day of hiking, Brenda and her crew were amazing! Great service and delicious food. We left happy and satisfied.
Had them cater a gathering after my daughters wedding in Montana. I would highly recommend them. Everyone enjoyed the food and commented how good it was as they went for seconds and thirds. We had the brisket, turkey and pulled pork with mac and cheese, mashed potato casserole and green bean sides. Brenda called and helped thru the entire process to ensure everything went smoothly. Very dry. Had the 1/2 lb brisket, turkey on a bun, and green beans with bacon. We were asked if we wanted marbled or lean brisket. I chose marbled and it was the driest brisket I’ve ever had. There was zero fat. The turkey was also quite dry. The green beans were watery and had only a crumb of bacon.
