food was very good went yesterday during the rush but it had chill vibes still the cashier Alex was very helpful and answered all my questions. :)
I usually go to Dicky's quite often. This was my first time going to this branch. service was good. Food was lackluster to say the least. The Turkey was very dry and tasted like cleaning products and so did the loaded mashed potatoes. The pulled pork, which is my all-time favorite was below mid. barbecue sauce was okay, Nashville hot sauce just tasted like oil. No heat whatsoever. I will not be coming back to this branch.I hope dicky does something about the food there
When I used my app to place an order and went to pick it up, the staff actually asked to see my ID to make sure the name matched the one on the app. It’s my first time hearing of such a requirement, and no other store has ever done this. The employee's attitude was exceptionally bad. It was truly a frustrating and mood-spoiling experience.
