No one is perfect. Had a small issue and the crew took care of it with a smile. Thank you for that it makes a visit worth the trip when there is happiness there
Confirmed order then didn’t have 2/3rds! Didn’t offer replacement so family could not have food (sent completely wrong order). Haven’t had a good experience in four years! Time to stop
I ordered brisket and received stringy beef, like roast beef??? It was not sliced brisket or chopped beef. The sauce was cold so I asked for warm sauce which was warmed in the microwave (not a big deal, though). The meat was not only stringy but it was cold. The sausage was also cold and some of the pieces were discolored. I will not return.

I would NOT eat at this place. The Health Department needs to be aware. While ordering 1/2 pound of turkey to go, I noticed a guy in the back preparing either a spice/rub in plastic bags. In order to get the bags open, we would blow the bag open using his mouth. This is FLAT out disgusting and against every health codes in so many ways . He did this several times while I was watching him. I tried to call the store last week and then this morning, and there is not a manager to speak with so I am writing this here.
