I ordered here through Uber Eats and the food that was delivered was absolutely disgusting. It was cold, it was old tasting. They didn't even give me what I ordered. The green beans had zero bacon in them. The "Texas toast" that I paid $2 extra for was literally a piece of white bread. It wasn't even toasted. I will never be ordering from here again.
I found a roach in my bbq sandwich.
Asked for 1 pound of jalapeno cheese sausage, ended up half it it being regular. If you ran out, just be honest, instead of finding up when I get home. Also found out when we got home that they only put 1 side in our bag for a 1 meat plate. Won't be back, wish I could untip.
Is this place still in business? I received a text 2 days ago saying my online order was on its way and gave the deliverer's phone #, which was no longer in service. Then I received another text saying my order was canceled and to contact the store.The store's phone rings forever, the finally asks for a code. Poor service! I hope they didn't charge my credit card!
There's no soap in the men's restroom, there's just an open bottle (the pump has been removed) of touch hand sanitizer. It's not soap, not one sud. How do employees, much less the patrons, wash their hands? Very gross.
