Ordered online and when I showed up to pick it up there was a ton of people here for dinner and only ONE person working. The gentleman working was super nice and calm and was able to get everyone their food, but it seems pretty ridiculous to only have 1 person working during dinner.
They lie and say that they are open. Also they say they are only open for delivery but they only open up early and close even earlier... No one is ever there and their equipment is almost put up. They say they close at 9 but they close as early as 4, 5, or 6 PM what kinda restaurant is that? If it's permanently closed then they need to stop lying and close already. Chance and Nathaniel are operating a fine establishment! We were looking for some BBQ and had finally found it. Both gentlemen were attentive and respectful. Our order was hot, fresh, and delicious. They made us East Coast girls feel welcomed in Texas. Thanks fellas!!!
Store had "be back in 30 minutes" sign on door. Was here to pick up an ubereats delivery. Worker was extremely rude when I explained the situation. What happended to honoring your hours? As a delivery person this is killing my time and money!
