I ordered my food online, i get to the restaurant and they never have the food but you don’t know this until you arrive. This is the second or third time this has happened. They are always out of the food. Getting a refund takes days, my last refund was almost 5 days when received. I am still waiting for a call from the manager or GM about my refund that I still have not received from my last order. I’m not sure why all of these other reviews are so critical. This place delivered delicious food. I placed an order online for pickup, and when I arrived, it wasn’t quite ready yet. At first, I wondered why—then I walked in and immediately understood. There were only two incredible people running the entire restaurant, and I have to give them the recognition they deserve. I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered (2) baked potatoes online Togo and when my husband got to the restaurant he was told they have no potatoes, (when they had boxes of them stacked visibly in the kitchen) up but the only woman working didn’t want to make anymore for the day as she already had to make 20. Upon asking for a refund, we were denied it and told we would not be receiving a refund. He asked to speak with a manager and was also denied saying there wasn’t one there. Great BBQ hands down. My favorite is the brisket but they have almost any dish that is BBQ related. Service depends on area but for the most part every Dickey's I have visited had great and friendly service. All the food is great and the atmosphere is good and roughnecky if that is a word if not it is now. I recommend all locations are great.
