Good service and nice workers; unfortunately the brisket was very dry. I don't expect the brisket to be same level as Hutchins or Terry Black, but didn't expect to be so dry either. I'm guessing the brisket was smoked at least 3 days ago. The 1 star is for the brisket and not for the service or workers.
