RecommendedFood was great, baked potatoes were huge, but I am disappointed the staff weren't wearing masks as required.

Thank you Rachel. Our staff is wearing masks. It often gets 90+ degrees in the kitchen so they may take off time to time, but they are being worn.
such a sad day we have came here every week for a long time now but it came to a negative ending tonight. The young manager that was in charge tonight was very uneducated on new mask ordinance and attempted to sight the "law" while being ignorant to the city ordinance. George and his crew have always been amazing to us and have always taken good care of us but tonight's interactions with the young manger most likely can't be undone. ordered takeout from this restaurant today. 90% of the brisket sandwich was all fat. went back and exchanged for a pulled pork, which had a bone in it! when I went back I was offered a free brownie but I was not offered new sides or anything to go with the meal that I had left with
Not this location but the Queen Creek location has absolutely horrendous customer service! I ordered delivery through the app and it showed there were plenty of delivery times open but the app wouldn’t let me check out said there was an error and to call the store. I called the store and explained what was going on and the man who answered the phone immediately got an attitude and told me there were no delivery times open anyway and if I wanted to order than I need to order through Grubhub or an app like that. No air conditioning g in this restaurant which is deff a no go in the dead of summer. Have been here several times for Togo foods and have to wait at least 30 min every time. So disappointing!
