Don’t know how the food taste but the people working here are extremely slow with no one here. They must have a major hangover. Mid:6361714 I thought maybe they didn’t even want to wait on me at all.

I'm not even sure I can rate this one star, we started eating once a week at the dickeys in brown wood about a year ago, the last couple of times we went the food was awful, to the point we never want it again. The barbecue was real brown and burned with so much grease dripping it was nasty, the flavor was awful, I dont know what they are doing different, but this place is ruined in my opinion, will never eat dickeys again.

At Dickey’s corporate office if you need to talk to a representative about an issue,you are put straight to voicemail as they have only one person to serve the whole country in helping their customers according to the manager.The manager is not able to assist with the issues only this particular employee who is not available.

This is the location at Westley, CA. If I could give this Dickey's a minus 10 I would. AWFUL AWFUL food. We have eaten at different Dickey's around the area and always thought the food was good. This place has soured us on ever going to another Dicky's again. Number one, they were out of most of the meats. The pulled pork was so over salted that it was hard to eat. 7 of us came to your Brooksville location for dinner last Friday night 1/29/21. Out of the 7 of us, 4 got ribs and 3 got chicken. The first thing I noticed is the food was literally room temperature- they were not busy so it’s not like they had it out because people were ordering it. The 4 of us that had ribs ALL had stomach issues that night and all the next day! Placed order in December at the Mankato, Minnesota location, The salad had more dressing than salad, they were out of the Carolina sauce, foreign object in my food and part of my order was missing. I have tried reaching out to the store multiple times and did a survey. They don't care.

We ordered a Dickies BBQ ham for Christmas dinner. There was so much fat on it and it wasn't spiral cut. I sent a letter to the corp offices and have not heard back from them. Very disappointed. The ham cost us $64.00. We are i our 70's and don't have money that grows on trees.

I ordered $85.82 worth of food from the St. Louis location via app. It said that it should be ready at 6:45. For 20 minutes it showed that it was being packed up. When i arrived they said that it is computer generated times but my meal would be another 2 hours. I asked for a refund but was told that the card reader wasn't working. I still have nit received my refund.

I WILL NEVER EAT AT DICKEYS BARBQUE ON BELL RD IN SURPRISE, AZ AGAIN!! That place is seriously screwed up & I'll tell everyone I know! Aug 2nd, 2020 I ordered $53 worth of food and of. Postmates to deliver it.
