This a follow-up to my earlier review where I am fearful of an employee spitting in my food From Dickeys I was at the restaurant around 5.00 May23 2024. I will keep the order for atleast 72 hours just in case I become sick in anyway.

Let me start off by saying the 4.5 stars is a lie. Let me give a true review. First of all I love love barbecue I have attended at least 10 festival in my area. Eat in barbecue restaurant from NC to Kansas. I know my barbecue. I called in order at dickeys and was most disappointed. I called your Main Line @ 833 940 3274, and was told that my account would be updated to 4,100 points/Loyalty Rewards. However, when I order online for delivery, I am prompted to make a purchase of at least $10.00. Then there are certain of the Dickey's BBQ that neither delivers nor take online orders. WHY CAN'T I JUST USE THE VOUCHERS AND BE DONE WITH THIS MATTER? Ordered sausage, taste dehydrated, dry and overheated, bread was hard as a rock, they will cut up and serve anything, without even thinking what they are charging for, its a shame, not what the old Dickeys stood for.

Good service if your skin is not brown, otherwise they will leave you standing there without asking if you are ready to order and ask the person behind you if they are ready to order. Never coming back! Sorry workers!

Worst service ever door dashed food 3/4 of my order was not there and they didn’t seem to care when I called for them to make it right. I will never go back there again

At 12:30 pm on Friday 8/20/21 the Granbury location was OUT OF BRISKET AND PULLED PORK. How could this happen at the beginning of a weekend during a busy Friday lunchtime. If it doesn't do better this location will be out of business.
