Why are all of the Dickeys BBQ Pits closing? I suspect it's the employees that are the root cause. Every time I would go into the (now closed) locations, the employees were lackluster at best. Let's face it, any position at DBBQP isn't going to be easy! If you want your franchise to be successful, at least with this franchise, until you get a rock solid crew, the OWNER is going to have to manage it! These places don't run themselves!
