Dr. Dickey is a great doctor and a super nice, personable guy. He took a lot of time and care going over the pros and cons of surgical and non-surgical treatment options for me, and he also recommended a wholistic treatment approach for my condition. He provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision.
Such a classy and professional office, talk about Quality of Service. From the check in to actually being treated, nothing short of 5-Star service. Dr. William is highly knowledgeable in his field of ENT and right away knew exactly what was going with my ear. I came in with lots of discomfort and a good amount of pain in my right ear and he got to work and helped me feel better almost immediately. Dr. Dickey took the time to listen to me, and really cared about my situation. After over 5 years of not having a normal voice, he did all he could to help me. He had me get the tests I needed and then referred me to an awesome surgeon. I am finally getting my voice back, and have no more acid reflux problems. He and his office are so very awesome!
