Went to an event recently where these guys catered I’ll just say it was memorable but not in a pleasant way. Food was expensive and staff ended up leaving with the leftovers at the end of the party. Thought it was a bit distasteful since we payed for it and the staff seemed pretty upset they had to work that day. Not very fun to be around people who are visibly angry or annoyed.
Dickerson's catered my wedding reception. We had a venue that was out of town and didn't have a kitchen, but this didn't phase them at all, and everything turned out amazing. The food was delicious, but what really impressed me was the professionalism of the team at my event. Tyler went out of his way to check on me, and even communicated with our DJ for me to make sure that the whole evening flowed smoothly. As a Wedding Photographer, I get to try a lot of catering. Dickerson's is one of the best I have ever had! The staff was professional, quick, and courteous. The food is absolutely delicious. I hope my next wedding in Las Cruces has Dickerson's for their catering!
