Highly recommend going elsewhere if you value quality patient care and customer service. My permanent retainer came off only 3 months after this office placed it. When I called, I was immediately quoted the full price (that I had just paid 3 months ago) for a replacement before anyone had even examined it. What concerns me most is that I was told that if a bonding failure happens more than 24 hours after placement, it is essentially not considered their responsibility. Appointment was seamless and went by really quick. The staff is super friendly and explained things all the way through. Dr. D is a class act. Love the practice and will recommend to others.
