We are requiring a preappproval letter or proof of funds for buyers who wish to view our home, which is entirely within our right to request (i.e. expectation that buyers are prepared). Not only did Bobby Walsh attempt to 'big league' my realtor by trying to circumvent this requirement, but he then left negative feedback expressing how out of line we are for requiring a reapproval and indicating that it is not "standard protocol." He is upset because his personal accountant "can afford the home" as if somehow we are supposed... read more
We keep getting harassed by Keith Kelly. We don't want to sell our house. Not to him, not to anyone. I don't care how many times I get a "fast closing cash offer". We have asked to stop. It is not stopping. Absolutely will not consider any business or interaction in the future. Stop harassing us.
