We had Noah as our realtor assigned by my employer. Originally we were supposed to have fFank but we never got to meet him. From get go Noah had made our house hunting process svery seamless and stress free especially we lived 2 hours away from Rockford and so it was not that easy to just come and see a property. We are requiring a preappproval letter or proof of funds for buyers who wish to view our home, which is entirely within our right to request (i.e. expectation that buyers are prepared). Not only did Bobby Walsh attempt to 'big league' my realtor by trying to circumvent this requirement, but he then left negative feedback expressing how out of line we are for requiring a reapproval and indicating that it is not "standard protocol."
