Great company to work for in my book so far
Great company. Many of the employees have worked for the organization for over 10 years which is very telling of the kind of company we are...I understand it may not be a fit for everybody which is why the negative reviews but when you have as much longevity as we do within our company it speaks volumes. Over 60% of the workforce has been dedicated for 10, 20, 30 and some over that. We had an employee who retired with us at 50 years of employment.
