Dickerson fencing just finished my wood fence in my backyard and it looks amazing. I now have the best looking wood fence in my entire neighborhood. I got three estimates but decided on Dickerson fence because they seemed to be the most professional and they are a family owned business. I just moved to NC from MD so I was very pleased with the service and finish product of my first small project.
Dickerson fencing damaged my footing drain of my house during the install. I was never notified of this by Jason that this was damaged or that it needed to be repaired. He instead told a house guest who was dog sitting, as I was out of town. Then I was slapped with $150 repair fees that I NEVER authorized on my final invoice. They lost additional service for landscaping I needed completed as well as any future referrals. Poor customer service. Terrible communication. Untrustworthy.
Quality Fence Company – They did everything they said they would and some more. Everyone that came out and we talked to was very professional. I will say they were not the cheapest of our estimates but we decided to go with these guys because of there reputation and history - This is a classic example of, "You get what you pay for" always go with a company you can trust.
Got it done – I called these guys twice in the past few years and they did a great job each time. Bamboo screen for my trash cans and a decorative fence for my parents house.
Never got my estimate – I was excited that Dickerson happened to have an opening to come take measurements for my fence the same day I called, but over two weeks later I still haven't received my estimate in the mail.
