Ordered tshirts April 9th but never received order. No response to my emails about order status. No call back following my voicemail. Finally Spoke to different people who assured me my order would be shipped but still waiting. Asked if I could pick up my order in store and the man said no one was available. Horrible customer service.
Ordered a bumper @ MATS, was told it would take 4 weeks to make. I finally picked up the bumper yesterday 4 months later. Plus it was the wrong specs. It was to be a tapered 20 inch with mitered-american eagle ends. I got a regular tapered 20 inch boxed end. They said they would make me another one but it would take a week to finish. I just took the boxed end bumper to make sure I got a bumper and will never go back.
