Everyone is so friendly, patient, and explains things well. They are great about communicating with you every step of the way. They always give me options so I can prioritize what needs to happen and when for my older vehicle. It is hard for me to rate the pricing because I rarely have to get repairs on my vehicle, but I know pricing is cheaper than the dealer.

This was our first visit to Dickerson Auto and I am truly impressed. All of my interactions with the staff were really kind and professional. I needed some work done on a little car that my son drives and they were very thorough and did a great job. The car drives great now and I will keep them in mind for anything in the future. I have had interactions with a few team members from Dickerson Automotive. All were so positive, informative, and knowledgeable. Jordan has been my go to for my service provider because of his attention to detail and his transparency. I recently took a vehicle in for a check engine light. Jordan quickly got it to a technician for inspection. A few hours later I got two separate notices about my vehicles status.
