I visited this medical centre for one of my appointments and the service was good. Even though I had an appointment letter from NHS and 2 reminder calls, my name was not in the list at the centre. But they sorted that quickly and i was able to see the doctor at my appointment time. People were nice and kind. Behaved nice and polite. I visited on Monday, but the waiting area of almost full.

I've been trying to get an appointment here for over a week now, I call in at 8am everyday...nothing...I end up hearing an automated message saying the GP is closed and I'm being transferred to out of hours services, then I hold the line for about 10 minutes waiting, then the call gets cut wasting my time. I had an ultrasound here on my shoulder today. Everyone was very kind, the nurse was was lovely and the doctor was kind and professional. While I was waiting 3 people didn't turn up for their appointments and didn't bother to cancel.
