My Toro Timecutter has blown 5 belts in less than two years. I recently brought the lawnmower to Dicken’s on Mallory Lane and talked with the mechanic about the problem. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, which was a bad spindle in one of the pulleys. I appreciate the quick turnaround during peak mowing season. This was the first time I’ve serviced my mower there. I’d recommend this particular shop for sales and service after this experience.

I was looking for the Ferris FW15 which was in short supply due to Ferris having a hard time getting the Honda 390 engine due to supply chain issues. Talked to Brandon who said he had one and could hold it for me until I could pick it up, being that I live in Baxter, tn. It was ready when I got there and i cut my lawn that very afternoon. Very pleased with the service and my purchase !
