Lance and his team were fantastic! They were highly recommended by 2 of my neighbors. They came right away and fixed our emergency problem. They were knowledgeable, courteous, affordable and clean! I'll definitely use them again!
Lance Dickens of Dickens Plumbing installed a new anode rod in my hot water heater. If your hot water smells moldy and tastes metallic you need to talk to Lance. He'll fix your problem. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained my problem. Great website with a clear explanation of sevices and jobs they do. I recommend Dickens Plumbing for your plumbing needs. His son Eric installed my water filter quickly. He works for the company too.
I recently hired Dickens Pumbing to purchase and install a tankless water heater. The workers were pleasant and efficient. They cleaned everything and removed the old tank. Thus far, I am very happy with the water heater.
Lance and his team were absolutely amazing! The showed up early, got the work completed in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Very high quality of work switching out some old plumbing and getting me up to code with a new water heater as well. I couldn’t have been given better communication and service. I’d highly recommend them and they’re my go to plumbing contractors now!
Once again Dickens Plumbing came to my rescue... He ordered the knob for my 15 y/o water heater, came to install and didn't charge me a dime. His time is precious and I do appreciate his gesture so much... I couldn't give a new Google review, so I edited this old review. Once again, thank Lance... Prompt & excellent service!
