I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service. The prescription glasses I purchased were not a comfortable fit despite a number of adjustments. I was able to select a different Coco Song (my absolute favourite brand) style and make an exchange under their unique guarantee that was of no cost to me. The staff are lovely and Steve was very patient throughout ensuring I was happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.
Really happy with my experience here. The staff were really enthusiastic and answered all my questions. They carry the Moscot brand which I love, and the turn around on prescription was super quick.

I had my first appointment here with Kerrin today and it was a great experience. She was both friendly and very professional, very knowledgeable and happy to help with everything I needed. The place has a wonderful atmosphere and I would highly recommend giving this place a visit. Steve the receptionist was also lovely!
