Megan is the best Optometrist I have ever seen. She went above and beyond. She performed all the necessary tests to make sure your eyes are healthy and took her time to explain everything as well. I've always went to specsavers thinking nothing of it. Let me tell you my visit here changed my views of eye check ups. I will never go back to specsavers. If you're wanting the best experience go see Megan. Thank you Megan !!!!
I had a great experience at Dickens & Herd Optometrists for my eye check-up. Steve at the front reception was very welcoming and friendly, making me feel comfortable right away. Ms. Kerrin Duong, the optometrist, was incredibly thorough and professional she explained everything clearly and ensured I understood my results. The whole team was efficient and caring. I highly recommend Dickens & Herd to anyone looking for excellent eye care and service!
The Chermside Store of Dickens and Herd is my shop for glasses...my favourite brand is Coco Song,...and they have the widest range I have seen here in Qld. Love, Love love it!
Dickens and Herd have a fantastic range of eyewear that we haven’t come across elsewhere. I was delighted to see a wider range of my favourite rimless brand Silhouette. The customer service at their Chermside shop was impressive and the eye test was comprehensive. Thank you!
