Great customer service and knowledgeable staff, I had great professional and informative experience from Megan, she is clearly passionate about eye care and cares about the wellbeing of customers.
I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service. The prescription glasses I purchased were not a comfortable fit despite a number of adjustments. I was able to select a different Coco Song (my absolute favourite brand) style and make an exchange under their unique guarantee that was of no cost to me. The staff are lovely and Steve was very patient throughout ensuring I was happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.
Really happy with my experience here. The staff were really enthusiastic and answered all my questions. They carry the Moscot brand which I love, and the turn around on prescription was super quick.
