Heath with Dickens Heating and Air sent his brother to replace two thermostats in a home I'd just purchased. They billed me over $500 through my contractor for installation and cost of 2 thermostats available online for $35 each. They were in my home a total of 15 minutes. When I called to discuss this exorbitant charge, they responded to my voice call by texting me "please text." I texted two times with no response. Most awful company on earth!! Avoid at all costs!! They ignore you and don't stand behind their work!! They installed a unit for us and it stopped working about 3 months, then refuse to answer or return calls to fix it. Horrible people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
