Mitchell did an excellent job explaining what was wrong with my washer and how he was going to fix it.
After the evaporator motor in our fridge went on the 17th of May, the technician named Garett came out, inspected the problem, notified us if it, and was kind enough to explain what had happened. After having the part ordered that same day, we were able to schedule the appointment for replacement on the 27th. Part has just been replaced, and we are waiting for the fridge to get cooled again. Garrett is a kind, considerate and friendly person and we would recommend him and Dick Van Dyke for any appliance needs.
