DIck Van Dyke Appliance World is an ABSOLUTELY terrible company. We purchased a high dollar washing machine from them that is just over 4 years old. The porcelain finish inside the washer rim is rusting and paint literally falls into our laundry when washing. When discussing this problem with a customer representative, we were led to believe that this problem was covered under their 5-year warranty and scheduled a tech to perform the repair.
