Riccardo was amazing!! I came in a crying mess after my car just stopped working on the freeway. He was able to squeeze me in and figure out the problem right at the end of the day on Saturday, and it was fixed by Tuesday morning! He even called and kept me updated the whole time. Everyone was so helpful and the whole team even went above and beyond to help me get a rental car after hours on a Saturday. I highly recommend Riccardo and his team here at Nissan!
